Oozing street appeal, one home demands attention with it’s striking dark fascade, while the

other balances the streetscape in a lighter finish. The brief was to create two luxury homes

each on a 405sqm lot within proximity to Riding Road, the heart of Hawthorne.

We loved the simple but classy design of these two homes, although similar in layout & size,

we were able to create two homes each with their unique qualities.
