Discovery meeting

- A general review of the building site and potential considerations specific to your block and ideas.
- Consultants
- Basic estimate of pre-construction fees from external consultants - designer, engineer, town planner etc.
- Feasibility
- Feasibility of your desired outcome against budget, block and council requirements.

Preliminary agreement
- Purpose
- Once phase one is complete, a preliminary agreement locks in site investigation, design development and firm costing before the building contract.
- Outcome
- A fixed-price proposal built on real information, not guesses.

Design & selections
- Your designer or ours
- If you have a designer you're set on, we work with them right from the start.
- Selections
- Make your finish selections yourself, or lean on our eye - as little or as much help as you need.

Construction
- Schedule
- Typically, our builds are 10 months long. Before we provide you with the final contract, we complete a detailed build schedule noting every single element.
- Handover
- From concept to handover - clear timelines, fixed pricing, exceptional craftsmanship.
